Is your website secure ?
How do I find driver at the airport?
The driver will wait at the exit gate of your terminal with your name board,
If you have difficulties to find the driver. Please call 00 (6) 69 95 12 21
How do I pay for my transfer?
Pay by cash to the driver or credit card when you reach your destination.
Or when you make a reservation you can pay in advance with a Bank Card.
If I need to cancel my reservation?
You can cancel the reservation by mail or phone before 24 hours of the transfer time.
When I arrive, if the office is closed?
You will contact our emergency phone number 00 (6) 69 95 12 21
If my flight is delayed what should I do?
Normally we are monitor your flight schedule & our driver wait up to one hour after the scheduled arrival time of your flight. After this time our best to provide your transfer but cannot guarantee this will be possible. You must inform to us flight delay or change the flight or other situation.
How do I know what time you will pick me up to go to the airport?
Your pick-up time will be indicated in your confirmation. We normally pick the passengers up 3 hours before the scheduled departure flight time. However, do you need to change please inform us at least 04 hours before the schedule pick up time.
How long does it take to get from Paris to the airport?
The journey time depends on the traffic and your address in Paris. The standard journey time is approximately 45 min; From CDG/Orly to Paris, Beauvais to Paris 90 min
Where are your pick up and drop off points?
We operate a door-to-door service. We will pick you up from the terminal you land in and take you to the door of your address.
On departure we will pick you up from your address and drop you off at the terminal of your flight leaves from.
If I don`t speak French?
Don`t worry! All our drivers and agents speak both French and English.
Do you operate outside Paris?
Yes, we can take you wherever you need to go! Please Contact Us
Do I need to offer tip (gratuity) to the driver ?
Tips are welcome but not compulsory, and entirely at your discretion
